Piers Briggs organised a community clean up of the Whitcliffe mount school playing field after the gate was sawn off by a group of travellers who invaded the school site and set up camp
after they vacated the site it was found that industrial waste had been dumped from a tree surgery work within the area
Mr Briggs gathered a local volunteer group who help clean the site which took 3 7.5 ton lorry to clear at great cost to the local council at the taxpayer's expense.
